Visit Hopefield Cronulla on the first Tuesday of every month to receive free legal advice by MLC. Appointments preferred.

Clients can receive legal advice, information or referrals in relation to family law matters – this can include questions about parenting, divorce, or property.

We will talk to you about your options and the next steps, and if we are not able to provide advice or representation, we can assist with referrals to other services who may be able to assist.

It is helpful to bring along:

• Provisional or final ADVO or APVOs;
• Family court orders;
• Parenting plans;
• Orders of another court;
• If a criminal matter: facts sheet and court attendance notice
