Hopefield Support Services provides support coordination under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
Our Support Coordinators will assist you to access the NDIS and, once approved, assist you to understand and use your funds effectively so you can secure the supports you need to achieve your goals while exercising choice and control.
