Supporting Men’s Social Connectivity, Mates and Mugs is a social group that meets weekly at Hopefield Cronulla. It aims to provide a safe, supportive, relaxed, and welcoming space for men to feel supported, heard and connected. Mates and Mugs enables men to grow, learn and build friendships with one another, leading to improved mental health, greater personal and professional success, and a stronger sense of purpose and fulfillment in life.
