Black Box Parenting: for Mums

A strengths-based parenting program supporting the unique needs of women who have experienced trauma and abuse.
The Black Box Parenting Program covers understanding the impact of trauma on parenting; learning coping strategies for managing triggers; and simple ways to build connection and trust with your kids.
The program involves attending five face-to-face group sessions with an optional sixth catch up session. This program will start 14 Oct with the last session on 11 Nov, with an optional session on 25 Nov.
Cost: No cost to eligible participants thanks to our generous partners.
