Parenting for Dads Group Program

Being a Dad after tough life experiences can bring extra challenges. This program gives you the skills and understanding to parent with confidence.
Black Box is a strengths-based parenting program for Dads who have experienced trauma.
The program covers understanding the impact of trauma on parenting; learning coping strategies for managing triggers; and simple ways to build connection and trust with your kids.
This program will start 4 Feb with the last session on 4 Mar.
Cost: No cost to eligible participants thanks to our generous partners.
