Hope After Abuse

Hopefield believes that, with the right support, hope is possible after experiencing abuse.
This is a program for female survivors of domestic and family violence to connect with themselves and with other survivors after experiencing trauma.
The program includes:
- Understanding what domestic and family violence is
- Reflecting on some of the impacts on survivors, including feelings of loss/grief and anger/shame
- Moving forward towards healthy relationships
- Building resilience with self-care and self-compassion
