Black Box Parenting Program

A parenting course supporting the unique needs of women who have experienced trauma or abuse.
The course covers:
- understanding the impact of trauma on parenting
- learning coping strategies for managing triggers
- developing a trauma-informed approach to addressing children’s needs.
Starting Monday 9th October – 4th December from 10am – 12pm.
