DESCRIPTION:Being a Dad after tough life experiences can bring extra challenges. This program gives you the skills and understanding to parent with confidence. \nBlack Box is a strengths-based parenting program for Dads who have experienced trauma. \nThe program covers understanding the impact of trauma on parenting; learning coping strategies for managing triggers; and simple ways to build connection and trust with your kids. \nThis program will start 4 Feb with the last session on 4 Mar. \nCost: No cost to eligible participants thanks to our generous partners. \nFor more information and to express interest in joining the program please contact – admin@hopefield.org.au or phone (02) 9545 0299.
