DESCRIPTION:FREE at Hopefield Kirrawee Community Hub \nA strengths-based parenting program supporting the unique needs of women who have experienced trauma and abuse. \nThe program covers understanding the impact of trauma on parenting; learning coping strategies for managing triggers; and simple ways to build connection and trust with your kids. \nThis course will run between April 30th and June 25th. \nTo enquire about participating please call us on 9545 0299.
